Only when you receive a personal reply with the confirmation of your cancellation, you can be sure that your cancellation has been processed.
If you cancel too late (see our Terms and Conditions), we will do our best to sell your bed. However, if that is unsuccessful we will need to charge the amount
of the first night and cancel the remaining booking.
