Frequently asked questions

The easiest way to make a booking is directly through our website on the Home page. You can only book with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If you don’t have a credit card, you can arrange to borrow it from a friend or relative, then pay for the balance in cash upon check-in. Note: You do not need to use the same card that you booked with
You can email us at hostelcroydon@hotmail.com or call +31 (0)20 627 6065. Please have your booking details ready to process your cancellation. Only when you receive a personal reply with the confirmation of your cancellation, you can be sure that your cancellation has been processed. If you cancel too late (see our Terms and Conditions), we will do our best to sell your bed. However, if that is unsuccessful we will need to charge the amount of the first night and cancel the remaining booking.

Reserve your rooms online following the normal procedures. Then contact us directly with your booking numbers (you and your friends) and explain what you would prefer. We will do our best to put you in the same room and accommodate your requests.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or anywhere in the hostel. We are centrally located near several bars with outdoor and indoor smoking areas to accommodate our guests.

You are welcome to check-in 24 hours a day. Check-out is 10:00 (no late check-out). Rooms are cleaned and ready for guests by 13:00. If you arrive before that time, we will check you in and give you your key. You may leave your luggage with us at reception and return at a later time.
